Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Gin South Coast - South Coast gin with strong aromas of lemon myrtle and cardamom a light grains of paradise body and the sweet smoothness of dandelion root.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Opal Martini is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin south coast and 15ml orange liqueur with 30ml orange juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
