  1. Pour the mezcal into glass.
  2. Sprinkle the lime juice on top.
  3. Add burger on the side.

Onshore Wind is sapidum very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml mezcal estancia and 20ml lime juice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pour the mezcal into glass then sprinkle the lime juice on top and add burger on the side and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
