Method - Stirred - Room Temperature

Heat cocktail style glass.
Mix a little hot water and ginseng paste into mixing glass.
Add the three gins into glass.
Stir well.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Ginseng can be swapped out for bitters.

Water Hot - Hot water is a transparent tasteless odorless and nearly colorless chemical called H2O.

ORCAS is energizing full strength cocktail at 2.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin old tom kis and 30ml gin hendricks with 30ml gin gilbeys as well as 5ml ginseng paste including 5ml water hot and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just heat cocktail style glass then mix a little hot water and ginseng paste into mixing glass and add the three gins into glass. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass and ginseng can be swapped out for bitters and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
