Oliveto is restoring strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry ballykeefe and 15ml licor 43 with 20ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 15ml egg white also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add all ingredients to shaker then quick dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Shake well again until foamy and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
