Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into tall glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

New Zealand Collins Classic is appealing very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky the new zealand 25year and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into tall glass and fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
