  1. Brew tea and warm glass.
  2. Add whiskey into glass.
  3. Pour in a little tangelo juice.
  4. Add in the hot tea.
  5. Stir in the tangelo syrup.

Newark is delish light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whiskey and 30ml tangelo juice with 10ml tangelo syrup as well as 180ml tea orange pekoe and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just brew tea and warm glass then add whiskey into glass and pour in a little tangelo juice. Add in the hot tea and stir in the tangelo syrup and served in a coffee glass warm.
