New Orleans Fizz Classic is nice looking weak cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin melchers and 10ml water orange flower with 10ml lemon syrup as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 20ml egg white also 30ml milk together with 100ml ice and 80ml syphon seltzer and good to have with brunch. Just add all ingredients to shaker, less soda then shake the hell out of it and place ice into shaker. Vigorously shake and pour all into tall glass and top with mineral water and served in a highball glass cold.
