Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.
Fress with lemon myrtle.

Myrtle Avenue is energizing very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin bluebird and 30ml lemon myrtle liqueur with 30ml vermouth dry as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Fine strain into cocktail glass and fress with lemon myrtle and served in a martini glass cold.
