Method
  1. Brew short tea and warm glass.
  2. Add baijiu into glass.
  3. Pour in the hot tea.
  4. Stir in the mandarin juice.
  5. Serve with moon cake.

Moon Cake is zesty smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu wuliangye and 30ml mandarin juice with 90ml tea orange pekoe and best at tea time. Just brew short tea and warm glass then add baijiu into glass and pour in the hot tea. Stir in the mandarin juice and serve with moon cake and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
