Monarch is drinkable robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin wolf lane and 15ml elderflower liqueur caes imports with 10ml bitters peach as well as 15ml lemon juice including 15ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add min and sugar syrup to shaker and quick shake. Splash in bitters and add gin and liqueur and pour in lemon juice then stir ingredients together until mixed and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
