McNab is piquant and tart very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml kumquat liqueur dockyard and 30ml gin dry whitley neill with 10ml kumquat juice as well as 10ml kumquat syrup including 10ml bitters orange also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just slice kumquat into wheel and stick inside glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over kumquat slice and served in a martini glass cold.
