Method - Stirred - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker
Quick shake.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.

Whiskey Sheep Dog - Sheep Dog Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey with rich peanut butter flavor with whiskey contributing hints of butter scotch caramel latte and hazelnut.

Cardamom Syrup - Cardamom flavoured syrup made with water and sugar and Cardamom cooked untill strong in flavour and thick.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mariner is appealing quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whiskey sheep dog and 15ml cardamom syrup with 10ml pineapple juice as well as 10ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
