Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm glass.
Warm shaker and heat cubes.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well until well mixed and warm.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with roasted almonds.

Margot Creme is succulent weak cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml almond liqueur cream valmas and 30ml custard with 30ml cream and best with dessert type dishes. Just warm glass then warm shaker and heat cubes and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well until well mixed and warm and strain into glass and garnish with roasted almonds and served in a saucer glass warm.
