Manhattan Medium is rejuvenating robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon and 30ml vermouth sweet noilly prat with 30ml vermouth rosso bottega as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
