Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with mango slice.

Cardamom Syrup - Cardamom flavoured syrup made with water and sugar and Cardamom cooked untill strong in flavour and thick.

Mango Lassi is delectable average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml mango liqueur steinbok and 30ml gin queenscliff with 30ml mango pulp as well as 10ml cardamom syrup including 10ml honey also 20ml yoghurt together with 20ml cream and 90ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with mango slice and served in a poco grande glass cold.
