Mandarin Baby is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tangerine liqueur aelred and 30ml vodka soyombo with 10ml mandarin juice as well as 10ml mandarin syrup including 30ml soda water also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just make glass ice cold then place ice to mixing glass and add all ingredients to mixing glass. Stir ingredients together until mixed and strain into cold glass and garnish with mandarin jelly baby and served in a martini glass cold.
