Manananggal is pleasurable weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml lambanog barik and 230ml coconut water with 30ml parfait amour marie brizard and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place lambanog into tall glass then add in the light coconut water and pour into center shot of pafait amour and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
