Method - Poured - Warm

Warm serving glass and heat the soup.
Add the wine to glass.
Stir in the mushroom consomme.
Sprinkle absinthe on top.
Drop a sprig of thyme on top.

Consomme Mushroom - Mushroom Consomme is a clarified roasted mushroom stock with egg whites to remove fat and sediment to make a clear liquid.
