Madeleine Bombe is flavorous average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml almond liqueur and 30ml cherry liqueur giffard with 50ml ice cream vanilla and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add scoop of vanilla ice cream to glass then pour almond liqueur on one side and pour cherry liqueur on other side and garnish with red and green candied cherries and served in a saucer glass cold.
