Mekhaki is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cachaca gold germana and 30ml mandarin liqueur isolabella with 10ml mandarin syrup as well as 80ml tea and best at tea time. Just warm glass and brew strong tea then add cachaca and liqueur to glass and pour in the juice. Stir in the hot tea and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
