Built with 30ml dragon fruit liqueur cream adelaides and 15ml rum cream el dorado with 60ml ice cream and best with dessert type dishes. Just use ice cold glass then sprinkle peanut brittle into bottom of glass and add a scoop of ice cream into glass. Pour rtm cream around edges and pour dragon fruit cream over all and garnish top with dragon fruit wedges and served in a saucer glass cold.
