Melba is delightful average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml strawberry liqueur tosolini and 30ml raspberry liqueur dekuyper with 30ml cream as well as 10ml jam strawberry including 10ml jam raspberry also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with a strawberry and a raspberry and served in a saucer glass cold.
