Liberal is thirst quenching full strength cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whiskey rye bluebird and 15ml vermouth sweet with 10ml amer picon as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a martini glass cold.
