Method - Layered - Cold

In a tumbler glass add ice cubes.
Pour in the zirbenz Liqueur.
Add in the orange juice.
Sprinkle orange bitters on top.
Add warm smoked sausage on the side.

Zirbenz Liqueur - Zirbenz stone pine liqueur is pine floral aroma liqueur made with the fruit of the Arolla Stone Pine found in the Alps.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Sausage Vienna - Vienna Sausage also called Wiener Wurstchen or Wienerli is a thin parboiled sausage traditionally made of pork and beef in a casing of sheeps intestine then given a low temperature smoking.

Level3 Vienna is freshening strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Layered with 45ml zirbenz liqueur and 10ml bitters orange with 45ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour in the zirbenz liqueur and add in the orange juice. Sprinkle orange bitters on top and add warm smoked sausage on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
