Lease Web is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apple lairds 12year and 15ml lime juice with 60ml avocado and good to have with brunch. Just cube avocado and add to glass then sprinkle a little salt flakes over avocado and fine brunoise chili and add to mixing glass. Add in the lime jucie and pour in the apple brandy and stir well and pour all over avocado and serve with cocktail bread and fork and served in a martini glass cold.
