Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Serve with mixed lamingtons on the side.

Laverty Night In is luscious average cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml strawberry liqueur toschi and 15ml whisky cream irish baileys with 15ml strawberry pulp as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and serve with mixed lamingtons on the side and served in a saucer glass cold.
