Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in lambanog cocnut wine.
Add carambola juice.
Top glass with ginger beer.

Lambanog - Lambanog is inspired by the centuries old distilling of coconut nectar into liquor practiced all throughout the islands of the Philippines.

Carambola Juice - Carambola juice or star fruit juice made by pulping then strain into a fruit juice.

Ginger Beer - Ginger beer is a sweetened and carbonated usually non alcoholic beverage using ginger spice yeast and sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lambanog Mule is restoring quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml lambanog and 15ml carambola juice with 40ml ginger beer as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to glass then pour in lambanog cocnut wine and add carambola juice. Top glass with ginger beer and served in a highball glass cold.
