Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into cold glass.

Rum Murray 11year

Almond Liqueur - Almond Liqueur flavoured from almonds and aged in alcohol.

Anisette - Anisette or Annisette is a colorless spirit flavoured with aniseed. Can also be found sweet and dry versions liqueurs. It is not botanically related to liquorice or licorice root which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Evaporated Milk - Evaporated Milk and known in some countries as unsweetened condensed milk is a shelf stable canned cows milk product where about 60 percent of the water has been removed from fresh milk.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Nutmeg - Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica.

Cinnamon - Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum.

Kremas is tasteful christmas cocktail quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum murray 11year and 10ml almond liqueur with 10ml anisette as well as 20ml evaporated milk including 20ml coconut cream also 10ml lime juice together with 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into cold glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
