  1. Add half the ice to glass.
  2. Add slice of vanilla bean adding seeds.
  3. Add more ice.
  4. Pour in vanilla vodka.
  5. Top with soda water.

Kremlin is divine average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka vanilla stolichnaya and 70ml soda water with 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add half the ice to glass then add slice of vanilla bean adding seeds and add more ice. Pour in vanilla vodka and top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
