Method - Blended - Cold

Put ice into blender.
Add candied lime to blender.
Pour all ingredients into cocktail blender.
Blend until silky smooth.
Pour blended mixture into glass.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Key Lime Syrup - Syrup made from sugar water and key lime.

Coconut Milk - Coconut milk is an opaque milky white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts and rich taste due to its high oil content most of which is saturated fat.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Candied Lime - Lime candied with sugar also called crystallized lime or glace lime.

Key Lime Quencher is finger licking average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rum gold amber and 30ml key lime syrup with 30ml coconut milk as well as 20ml cream including 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just put ice into blender then add candied lime to blender and pour all ingredients into cocktail blender. Blend until silky smooth and pour blended mixture into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
