TWO SHOTS - Always Share A Shot :)
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour into two shots glasses.

Rum 151 Proof - Overproof rums are much higher than the standard rums made from sugar and high in alcohol.

Key Lime Juice - Key Lime Juice is made by cleaning the fruit of key lime then pulping and pressing to make a clean juice.

Candied Lime - Lime candied with sugar also called crystallized lime or glace lime.

Key Lime Shooter is sharp full strength cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum 151 proof and 30ml key lime juice and best with an entree or small snack. Just two shots always share a shot then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into two shots glasses and garnish with stick of candied lime and served in a shot glass at room temperature.
