Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with twist of key lime peel.

Key Lime Martini is mouth watering very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin and 20ml vermouth with 10ml key lime juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with twist of key lime peel and served in a martini glass cold.
