Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with key lime peel.

Key Lime Juice - Key Lime Juice is made by cleaning the fruit of key lime then pulping and pressing to make a clean juice.

Egg Yolk - Yoke of an egg used for golden and emulsifed cocktail making.

Key Lime Syrup - Syrup made from sugar water and key lime.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Key Lime Pie is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vanilla liqueur and 30ml advocaat with 20ml key lime juice as well as 20ml egg yolk including 10ml key lime syrup also 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with key lime peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
