Jays is dainty light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml curacao blue and 130ml soda water with 130ml beer brew and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just half fill glass with soda water then stir in the blue curacao and layer in good local beer and good with a burger and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
