Japanese Rising Sun Cocktail

Ingredients

Wine Rice Sake

60ml

Orange Juice

10ml

Grenadine

190ml

Ice

Radish Watermelon

4% Alcohol By Volume

8 Proof

0.3 Standard Drinks

Method - Layered - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add shot of sake into glass.
Pour in orange juice.
Sprinkle grenadine on top.
Stir top a little to mix in grenadine.
Garnish with watermelon radish.

Wine Rice Sake - Rice wine sake is an alcoholic made by fermenting rice.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Radish Watermelon - Watermelon radish had a light green outside and bright pink to redish inside.

Japanese Rising Sun is scrumptious light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml wine rice sake and 60ml orange juice with 10ml grenadine as well as 190ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just place ice into glass then add shot of sake into glass and pour in orange juice. Sprinkle grenadine on top and stir top a little to mix in grenadine and garnish with watermelon radish and served in a highball glass cold.
