Method
  1. Using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck.
  2. Place in glass and pack with ice.
  3. Add bitters.
  4. Add brandy over ice.
  5. Top with ginger ale.

Horses Neck is apetitoso quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml brandy grape chateau tanunda and 10ml bitters spiced abc with 45ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck then place in glass and pack with ice and add bitters. Add brandy over ice and top with ginger ale and served in a highball glass cold.
