Method - Poured - Cold

Using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck.
Place ice into glass.
Add in whisky over ice.
Top with ginger ale.

Horses Neck Stiff is good looking strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml whisky yamazaki 18year and 55ml ginger ale soda with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck then place ice into glass and add in whisky over ice. Top with ginger ale and served in a highball glass cold.
