Hawaiian Old Fashioned is delightful full strength cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml okolehao island distillers and 10ml sugar palm with 10ml bitters elemakule tiki as well as 10ml soda water including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add palm sugar to glass then splash in bitters and dash of soda water and muddle until sugar is dissolved. Pour in okolehao and stir a little and fill glass with ice and garnish with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
