Halia is enjoyable heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml sambuca luxardo and 10ml curacao blue kavlana and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just sprinkle salt into bottom of glass then pour in the double of sambuca and lighly sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
