Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Hakam is yum yum heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin southern wild meadow and 30ml vermouth sweet with 10ml curacao orange dekuyper as well as 5ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
