Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Vigorously shake.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with candied lime peel zest.

Green Mill is zesty robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum light white bayou and 15ml curacao green with 30ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with candied lime peel zest and served in a saucer glass cold.
