Green Fizz is flavorous full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin seven seasons and 10ml mint liqueur dolce with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml egg white including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add a little ice to cocktail shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and vigorously shake well. Pour all into long glass and fill glass with more ice and garnish top with mint leaf and served in a highball glass cold.
