Method - Shaken - Cold

Put the cubes of ice into shaker.
Place all the ingredients into shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Mead Omphacomel - Omphacomel Mead is a mead recipe that blends honey with verjuice or green juice
made by pressing unripe grapes and name comes from greek omphakomeli literally unripe grape honey.

Greekonomics is piquant quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml ouzo callicounis and 30ml mead omphacomel with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just put the cubes of ice into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
