Grapefruit Cooler is bracing light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml grapefruit liqueur pink bols and 10ml grape juice red with 10ml grapefruit juice as well as 10ml grape syrup including 50ml squirt soda also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just spiral cut the peel of a whole grapefruit then using peel rim top of glass and hold part of peel outside glass. Pack ice into glass and pour in grapefruit liqueur over ice and pour in sugar syrup and grapefruit juice then top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
