Built with 55ml sparkling wine white and 15ml ginger liqueur bottega with 30ml grapefruit juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just using a cold flute glass then pour in grapefruit juice and add ginger liqueur. Pour in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
