Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add brandy to glass.
  3. Add dash of soda.
  4. Pour in lemon juice.
  5. Add orange liqueur.
  6. Top with soda water.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Granito is tasty quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml brandy st prime 5 and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add brandy to glass and add dash of soda. Pour in lemon juice and add orange liqueur and top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
