Method
  1. Add ice to cocktail blender.
  2. Pour all ingredients into cocktail blender.
  3. Blend until grainy.
  4. Pour blended mixture into glass.
  5. Sprinkle a little blue curacao on top.

Goulding Cay is sharp above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum nassau royale and 90ml pineapple juice with 90ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to cocktail blender then pour all ingredients into cocktail blender and blend until grainy. Pour blended mixture into glass and sprinkle a little blue curacao on top and served in a poco grande glass cold.
