Built with 50ml peach and 30ml ice cream vanilla with 30ml brandy peach as well as 10ml raspberry liqueur gabriel boudier and best with dessert type dishes. Just poach small peach half and chill then slice peach half into four and add to glass and quenelle vanilla ice cream onto peach. Pour over peach brandy and drizzle raspberry liqueur over all and serve with spork and garnish with raspberries and served in a saucer glass cold.
