Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Vigorously shake.
Strain into glass.
Fill glass with soda.
Drinkable

Golden Fizz Classic is drinkable weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin and 15ml sugar sugarloaf with 15ml lemon juice as well as 30ml egg yolk including 185ml syphon seltzer also 50ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and fill glass with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
