Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour all spirits into glass.
Pour in pineapple juice.
Add lemon soda.
Drizzle a lemon juice on top.

Tsikoudia Kretaraki - Kretaraki tsikoudia is a pomace brandy from the island of Crete is said to be slightly stronger than that from the mainland it is the inevitable drink of the Greek island.

Grappa Gold - Gold grappa is an fragrant grape based brandy of that contains 35 to 60 percent alcohol by volume and aged in barrels until light brown or a rich gold color.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Built with 15ml tsikoudia kretaraki and 15ml grappa gold with 15ml rum gold amber as well as 15ml tequila gold including 50ml pineapple juice also 50ml lemon soda together with 10ml lemon juice and 130ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into glass then pour all spirits into glass and pour in pineapple juice. Add lemon soda and drizzle a lemon juice on top and served in a goblet glass cold.
